We are often asked how we manage staffing on sites across the country and have found that by upskilling all our electricians to the highest level, this enables us to supplement teams with either agency labour or short-term contractors who have typically worked with us before. We describe our works on site as ‘termites through a building’, instead of waiting on specialist subcontractors we can install everything as we move through fire compartments in one hit- making the most efficient movement through the building. The only element we externally source is lightning protection and we have worked closely with a small number of trusted suppliers over the years.
Typically in LSF cabling, with Dorman Smith or Schneider equipment. We take the power from the supplier and can provide manual generator changeover panels if required.

Our designs meet or exceed specified lux levels and all our installations are now LED. We encourage energy saving measures through presence and absence detection, hold-off in natural light areas and timer or photocell controlled external lighting
Services include zoned or addressable fire systems; appropriate sounder levels often using Morley and Apollo equipment; auto shut-off of services; release of locked doors and smoke vents; repeater panels at nursebases; Category L1 & BS compliant.
IP based or a conventional wired system. We can install multiple camera systems with either PTZ cameras or fixed view as a complete working system with the multiplexer.
Services include terrestrial TV digital-ready; raw ‘sky’ a Sky+ and SkyQ throughout so residents can have their own subscription and decoder but need no dish.
We can install the systems of your choice and commission most systems in house. This typically includes Intercall, Quantec and Eclipse. We offer speech or non-speech; door monitoring and door bells; passive dementia monitoring and light guidance; call by floor; call to pagers and interface to a computer.
We offer both speech and video door entry, keypad or fob controlled doors (including centralised systems such as Paxton), which are interfaced to fire alarm for automatic release. We have been involved in low and medium secure units with more technical access controls including air-locks.
We install a complete structured cabling solution from faceplate to patch panel, ready for your phone hardware or IT specialists.
We work closely with our mechanical partner to ensure there are no loopholes between the M&E services. These include boards to their plant room and associated electrical supplies to ventilation and underfloor heating.
